2 Bell peppers I used a combination of red and yellow bell pepper
1 medium red onion
1 teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon dry thyme
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black Pepper.
Instructions
1. Wash the vegetables, deseed the bell peppers and chop the rest of the veggies into equal sizes.
2. Transfer to a large mixing bowl, then sprinkle the powders, dry thyme, , salt and pepper, olive oil mix to combine.
3. Preheat the air fryer at 400F for 3 minutes..
4. Transfer the vegetables to the air fryer basket and spread them out. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes shaking the air fryer basket every 4 to 5 minutes until tender, crunchy and perfectly roasted.
