3. Season and Cook: Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C). In a large bowl, toss the dried potatoes with olive oil, salt, and any other desired seasonings.
4. Arrange the potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
5. Cook for 10-14 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
