Air Fryer Garlic Potatoes (RECIPE)
Deliciously crispy air fryer baby potatoes are a quick and easy side dish to make any time of day.

Air Fryer Garlic Potatoes (RECIPE)
Ingredients
- 1½ lbs baby potatoes (or any potatoes), halved or quartered
- 1 tsp garlic and herb seasoning
- 1 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil (use Kasandrinos)
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- ¼ tsp crushed red pepper flakes, optional
- Fresh chopped parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- 1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F and set cook time to 18 minutes.
- 2. Add potatoes to a small bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat evenly. Add garlic and herb seasoning, salt, pepper and crushed red pepper flakes, if using, to the bowl. Toss the potatoes until evenly coated in the seasoning.
- 3. Lightly coat the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Add potatoes in a single layer. Cook for 10 minutes.
- 4. Remove the air fryer basket and shake to toss the potatoes. Cook for another 8 to 10 minutes, or until potatoes are golden brown and easily pierced with a fork.
