Air Fryer Cauliflower (RECIPE)
A quick and savory low carb side, this air fryer cauliflower parmesan is a perfectly delicious side dish the whole family will love.

Air Fryer Cauliflower (RECIPE)
Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower (about 4 cups)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil (use Kasandrinos)
- 2 tablespoons parmesan
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the air fryer to 390 degrees F for 3 minutes. While preheating, put cauliflower with olive oil, sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- 2. Place cauliflower into the basket and lightly spray with oil. Cook for 8 minutes.
- 3. Shake the basket well, then cook another 5-7 minutes or until cauliflower is tender while also crispy on the outside.
- 4. When cauliflower is done cooking, Grate a little fresh Parmesan over the cauliflower
2 tbsp Parmesan cheese
